We are looking for an SEN LSA across KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 in a variety of settings – Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Specialist Provisions.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a warm, inclusive schools community that values calm, caring adults who can bring structure, consistency, and a sense of fun to the classroom.
The role includes:
1:1 support
Helping with communication, social interaction, and learning routines
Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher, and external specialists
Supporting the pupil through sensory and emotional regulation needs
You’ll be perfect for this if you:
Have experience working with children with ASD/SEN and/or challenging needs
Bring patience, empathy, and a sense of humour to your work
Stay calm under pressure and know how to de-escalate with care

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
