Retail Stock Assistant
Salary: £14.29 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay)*
Location: Kilmarnock
Availability: Must be available to work throughout June and July for this vacancy
Retail Asset Solutions are looking for Retail Stock Counters to join our existing minibus teams.
The Role
* Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores, with travel varying by shift. Certain locations will have minibus transport.
* Responsibility for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
* Must be able to stand for prolonged periods; may need to use equipment to reach high stock.
* Typical working week: 3‑4 shifts of 8‑12 hours.
Key Skills / Experience Required
* Must be 18 years and over; willing to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
* ‘Can‑do’ attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
* Quick learner, adaptable to changing technology.
* Any experience handling stock is an advantage.
