Take on this opportunity to work as part of the on-site team for a brand new Build to Rent (BTR) development in Manchester. RLR is seeking a Night Resident Services Agent to join the on-site team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional resident experiences. Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, youll be at the heart of the community ensuring every resident and visitor receives a warm welcome and a seamless service from day one.
Title : Night Resident Services Agent (BTR)
Location:Manchester
Salary:£28,000 £30,000 per annum + Bonus
Contract:Permanent 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts
Key Duties:
Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming service to all residents and visitors.
Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors to create a positive, community-led environment.
Coordinate front-of-house operations, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and service.
Support residents with move-ins, apartment inductions, and everyday queries.
Log and manage resident requests, maintenance issues, deliveries, and visitor access.
Conduct regular inspections and assist in maintaining health, safety, and security standards.
Work collaboratively with management to enhance resident satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Who we are searching for?
Previous experience in residential, hospitality, or customer-facing environments (e.g. Build to Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation, hotels, front of house, concierge, or property management) will be highly regarded.
An individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building meaningful relationships.
Someone who communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times.
A proactive, organised individual who works effectively in a busy environment.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
