We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a welcoming student accommodation site in Cardiff on a part-time, permanent basis (16 hours per week, weekends only). This is a varied, front-of-house role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and creating a positive community atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for students, visitors and parents Providing friendly, day-to-day customer service and support to residents Managing parcel deliveries and collections Handling general enquiries and student requests in a timely manner Conducting viewings for prospective students and their families Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and presentable Taking a hands-on approach to ad-hoc tasks around the building Working closely with the wider property and maintenance teams to resolve issues About You Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with people Strong communication and customer service skills Hands-on with a positive 'no job too small' attitude Organised, reliable and able to manage tasks independently Comfortable working on-site in a busy, people-focused environment Happy to work weekends What's on Offer Part-time, permanent position (16 hours per week - weekend role) Supportive and friendly team environment Stable role within a well-known national student accommodation provider Varied, people-centred role with plenty of interaction Ideal for candidates with customer service, hospitality or front-of-house experience £12.21 p/hr
