Job Description
Are you a Qualified Accountant looking for a step into a growing organisation with fantastic brand presence?My client has created a new role as Management Accountant to help with their growth and to develop a Business Partnering approach to finance. Reporting to the Finance Manager the Management Accountant will be responsible for
3. Managing a range of areas within the business
4. Preparing monthly Management Accounts and produce high level reports for the
5. Act as the Finance Business Partner for Operations Directors in the Business.
6. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
7. Monitor and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
8. Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
11. Manage and process month-end and year-end closing activities.
12. Develop reports using Power Bi
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temp to Perm Management Accountant should have:
13. Professional accountancy qualifications with ACA, ACCA or CIMA
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
17. The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
18. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
What's on Offer
19. Temp to perm position.
20. Perm Salary c£50,000 - £55,000 (circa £220 - £240 per day PAYE)
21. Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
22. 4% company bonus scheme paid 1/4ly based on company and personal performance
23. 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
24. NEST scheme - 5% E'ee, 3% E'er
