In this role of Primary TA, you will provide essential support to both pupils and teachers, helping create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment. Key Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant: Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs. Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and behaviour management. Help foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress. Requirements for Primary Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children in a school setting is desirable. Patience, resilience, and a supportive attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
