In this pivotal role, you will:
* Lead the strategic commissioning of supported accommodation for adults who require care and support.
* Develop the relationships and commissioning strategies to strengthen our pipeline.
* Manage staff, contracts, and partnerships to uphold strong standards.
* Conduct joint strategic needs assessments and regular market engagement.
* Champion co‑production and ensure decisions are shaped by the voices of people who draw on care and support.
* Monitor performance and create opportunities to drive improvements.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A degree‑level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
* A solid understanding of adult social care and housing legislation and commissioning and procurement principles.
* Demonstrable experience of creating supported accommodation and its impact.
* Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
* Proven experience of procurement, contract management, and quality assurance.
