What you'll be doing
1. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, delivering holistic lifestyle financial plans that help them achieve their goals
2. Leading and developing your pod, ensuring team members meet their objectives and the pod remains profitable
3. Overseeing the creation of comprehensive financial strategies, from tax planning to investments, retirement planning and estate planning
4. Conducting and overseeing client review meetings, cashflow modelling and scenario planning
5. Identifying opportunities for new and existing clients while ensuring outstanding client outcomes
6. Mentoring less experienced planners, sharing your expertise to help them grow
What we're looking for
7. Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards)
8. Extensive experience in financial planning, with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and trust
10. Leadership experience- able to guide and motivate a small team
11. A proactive, client-first approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
12. Skilled in cashflow modelling and comfortable using financial planning technology
