An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician to join one of the UK's leading architectural practices, renowned for delivering high-quality work across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning. With a strong and diverse portfolio spanning the residential, healthcare, and education sectors, the Birmingham studio is now looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Senior Architectural Technician to take a lead role on a series of healthcare projects from inception through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
Take responsibility for detailed design, coordination, and project documentation
Prepare, submit, and manage planning and building regulation applications
Carry out regular site inspections to ensure technical quality and compliance
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members where required
Skills and Experience
CIAT-accredited or working towards accreditation
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
Strong experience running projects independently across all RIBA stages
Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential
Previous healthcare sector experience is highly desirable
Excellent technical knowledge, coordination skills, and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
