About Our Client

My client is a well known accountancy firm based in Nottingham, looking for an Office Manager to join their busy team.

Job Description

3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the managers/directors of organisation.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
5. Dealing with payroll.
6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
7. Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, and direct them appropriately.
8. Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and milestones.
9. Ensure the office supplies are well-stocked and reorder as necessary.
10. Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

11. A background in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within professional services.
12. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
16. A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
17. Can commute to Nottingham City Centre
