As a New Homes Sales Adviser, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.
What you’ll do as a Sales Adviser
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offering.
- Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our development.
- Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently.
- Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offerings.
What experience do I need?
- Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency.
- Ability to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest time).
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
