The Role

* Delivering or assisting with 1:1 and small group interventions
* Helping students regulate emotions and build confidence
* Communicating effectively with teaching staff and the wider SEND team
* Promoting inclusion, wellbeing and engagement at all times

Who We're Looking For
You'll be someone who brings empathy, patience, and strong communication skills to every interaction. You might have worked in education, care, or support before-or have relevant personal experience. The ideal candidate will:

* Have experience supporting young people with additional needs
* Be confident working across a range of learning styles and abilities
* Thrive in a team environment and value collaborative working
* Have a genuine interest in inclusive education and student wellbeing
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting a safe learning environment

The School
This is a secondary school with a strong reputation for inclusion. The SEND department is collaborative and well-established, with staff who are passionate about meeting students' individual needs. You'll be joining a team that values training, consistency, and the positive impact of calm, student-centred support.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm
* Part-time and full-time roles available
* Term time only

What You'll Get

* Competitive pay
* Ongoing support and training
* Long-term consistency in one setting
* The opportunity to build valuable relationships with students and staff

Ready to be part of a team where your support can change a student's path? We'd love to hear from you.

Safeguarding children is an integral part of what we do and we have a stringent safer recruitment process. We undertake checks on all the candidates we work with.
