As Health & Safety Support, you will provide accurate and efficient assistance while working closely with colleagues and partners, ensuring our Health & Safety responsibilities are met with care, confidence, and a colleague-first approach.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Liaise with Local Authorities regarding dry cleaning enquiries, solvent emission submissions, and RIDDOR reporting.
* Be a trusted point of contact for colleagues, offering guidance, reassurance, and documentation across all areas of Health & Safety compliance.
* Maintain internal reporting systems and Excel spreadsheets covering accident reporting, dry cleaning, and other compliance areas.
* Identify and resolve non-compliant dry-cleaning data through checks and corrective actions.
* Prepare reports and investigation summaries for the Health & Safety Officer and senior management teams.
* Undertake ad hoc support duties to ensure the business fulfils its statutory obligations.
