Litigation Solicitor – Personal Injury (Leading NI Law Firm)
A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality matters within a supportive and well-established practice.
The team handles a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, acting on behalf of clients across a range of sectors. You will gain exposure to complex and high-value work while developing your expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role:
* Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
* Advising clients on a range of claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, and public liability
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation
* Engaging with insurers, medical experts, and counsel
* Negotiating settlements and, where required, assisting with court proceedings
* Delivering clear, practical advice while maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or eligible to qualify)
* Ideally 5 years’ PQE, however candidates from NQ up to 6 years’ PQE will be considered
* Experience in personal injury litigation (defence or plaintiff) preferred
* Strong technical ability with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
