The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with complex learning needs, helping them access a rich and engaging curriculum
* Promote communication, independence, and confidence, focusing on what each pupil can do
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning support
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
* Contribute to developing pupils life skills and preparation for adulthood
