Job Title: Omnichannel Operations Analyst
ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS
* Ensure timely order fulfillment meeting required standards
* Monitor and coordinate DC's incoming stock
* Collaborate with Customer Service and Ecommerce team to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Maintain an organized and tidy ecommerce platform
* Manage supply levels across channels (e-commerce, retail, wholesale, outlet)
* Serve as point of contact for last-mile carriers for digital distribution
* Train, support, and coordinate staff in daily operations (shipping, returns, stock handling)
WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
* Coordinate with warehouse staff on stock receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery
* Plan and control overall warehouse operations
* Set targets for improvement and manage staff development through training
* Implement cost-efficient procedures aligning with company budgets
STORES OPERATIONS
* Support seasonal activities such as inventories and returns
* Assist in daily store activities like goods receiving and transferring
* Investigate stock discrepancies
* Provide packaging and hardware for stores
* Ensure timely stock recall and staff adherence to procedures
IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND HELPDESK FIRST LEVEL
* Build a local suppliers network for networks and hardware, respecting budgets
* Maintain up-to-date and efficient IT infrastructure across stores, warehouses, and head office
* Manage support tickets based on business priorities and SLAs
