About the Role
Following a highly successful first year on the Norfolk coast, we are looking for a reliable Housekeeper & Breakfast Assistant to join our established team. This is a varied, "best of both worlds" role—you will start your morning by welcoming guests at breakfast and finish by ensuring our boutique rooms and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Your Typical Day
* 07:30 – 10:30 (Breakfast Service): Provide a warm, professional welcome to our residents. You will be responsible for setting up the dining area, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring guests have a fantastic start to their day.
* 10:30 – 15:00 (Boutique Housekeeping): Once breakfast service is complete, you will transition to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. This includes full room resets (linens, towels, and amenities), deep cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring the pub and restaurant areas remain pristine.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or hospitality is preferred.
* Early Birds: You must be comfortable with a 7:30 am start.
* Flexibility: This is a full time position, but we value a team player who can help with holiday cover or additional hours during peak periods.
* Attention to Detail: You take pride in "guest-ready" presentation and have high hygiene standards.
