Customer Support Centre Operative
Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
1. Salary – up to £25,484 pa

We’re currently looking to a recruit a Customer Support Centre Operative; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.
As part of this role, you will work within asupport teamenvironment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls handling from both internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems. In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and various administration tasks as and when required.
As an Apleona Customer Support Centre Operative, we’re looking for:
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking
9. Ability to use computers toa goodlevel for word, excel and outlook
10. Experience of using Navision would be desirable
11. Knowledge of Purchase Ordering systems
