WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead the UKI Quality & Customs Function, building expert, motivated teams that enable growth and differentiate DHL Supply Chain.
* Define and deliver strategic focus areas across Quality & Customs to support sustainable growth.
* Support new business, renewals, and BAU governance to ensure service excellence.
* Drive a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility — making us the
Quality Provider of Choice
.
* Ensure regulatory assurance across operations through robust systems and standardised processes.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and regulators to maintain compliance and product integrity.
* Simplify service delivery through holistic OE support to operations and customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Proven leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
* An understanding of Supply Chain operations (warehousing, transport, value-added services).
* Expertise in Quality, Customs, and Trade Compliance within Pharma or Food logistics.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior-level influence.
* Experience in project/change management and strategic decision-making.
* Certified Quality Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor) and demonstrable CPD.
