Role Description
This is a full‑time position in Belfast with a negotiable location for a Senior Executive Officer at Early Years. The Senior Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation of high‑quality programs and initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission. Key responsibilities include leading teams, managing resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering stakeholder relationships, and monitoring progress to ensure goals are achieved effectively. The role also involves creating comprehensive reports, developing strategic plans, and representing the organization at events and meetings.
