Administration Assistant Health, Safety & Facilities
We are growing and want you with us Bolton Cares Group is the largest provider of social care in Bolton and is growing its presence within Salford and Wigan. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Health, Safety & Facilities department.
Your role will be to provide high-quality administrative support to the Health, Safety and Facilities team, to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role supports compliance, record-keeping, communication, and coordination across health and safety and facilities functions, contributing to a safe and well-managed working environment.

About the role:
You role will include, but not limited to, providing general administrative support to the team, assisting in maintaining accurate records of risk assessments, incident reports, and training logs, visiting sites to update asset registers and provide the insurance department with any changes, liaise with landlords tofollow up on outstanding repairs and maintanence requests, ensure the resources suite of policies and procedures are kept up to date, and assist in the preperation of reports, presentations, and documentation for meeting and compliance reviews.
Experience and skills required:
* You must have previous experience in an administrative role
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable
* Experience in facilities or health & safety administration is desirable
* Experience working with contractors or external supplies is desirable

You will have proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment, often working on many tasks with tight deadlines and understand how your role contributes to building and retaining trust from all your colleagues.
You will have excellent communication skills, being a visible contact connecting with internal colleagues at all levels and a representative of the wider team.
You will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a busy but friendly environment. You will be organised and able to prioritise your workload to ensure all deadlines are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.60 per hour
