The Role Painting Contracts Supervisor Youll take ownership of live painting contracts, supervising direct labour and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities: Supervising painting & decorating works across multiple sites
Managing direct labour and subcontractors
Monitoring programme, productivity and quality standards
Ensuring full Health & Safety compliance (SMSTS level)
Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings
Liaising with clients, tenants and stakeholders
Managing materials and resource allocation
Resolving site issues quickly and professionally
What were looking for 10+ years painting & decorating trade experience
5+ years supervising teams on live contracts
Experience within social housing / refurbishment / planned works
SMSTS (essential)
NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Confident managing site documentation and reporting
Full UK Driving Licence
