What's the role all about?
You'll be a key part of our growth journey—leading a talented sales team, shaping strategy, and building strong client relationships. Expect variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
Creating and delivering sales strategies that align with our goals
Building long-term relationships with clients and partners
Keeping an eye on performance and driving continuous improvement
Working closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams
What we're looking for:
3+ years of sales leadership experience
A track record of smashing targets and helping others do the same
Great communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach
Bonus points if you've worked in tech, SaaS, or B2B
