Your Role
As an Analytics and Insights Managing Consultant, you will own flagship projects, shape enterprise transformation, and deliver innovative solutions to address complex client challenges.
Responsibilities
* Lead & deliver end‑to‑end data & analytics transformations, ensuring cost‑effective, scalable solutions using Agile/SAFe frameworks.
* Design & optimise data & AI solutions, collaborate on platform design, pipeline automation, and leverage Gen AI tools.
* Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value.
* Craft user‑centric experiences and storytelling for Gen AI/BI products, ensuring UI/UX alignment.
* Govern project progress, risk, and budget, reporting to stakeholders and account leads.
* Coach and mentor teams, building organisational data & AI competencies.
* Contribute to business development through proposals, bids, RFPs, and client events.
* Support practice development, operational excellence, recruitment, and thought leadership initiatives.
* Engage in learning & development to grow skills and certifications aligned with the company’s focus.
Qualifications & Experience
* Consulting background, ideally at a major consulting firm or industry with consulting experience.
* Proven advisory skills to senior stakeholders and experience delivering complex data & AI solutions.
* Expertise in Agile delivery, governance, and multi‑workstream leadership (Agile/SAFe certification desirable).
* Strong commercial acumen, including proposal writing and project financials.
* Deep knowledge of consumer product & retail or energy & utilities sectors.
* Hands‑on experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, dbt, or Snowflake.
* Experience with data ingestion, integration, governance, and solution design.
* Familiarity with data quality frameworks, observability tools, and automation.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior executives.
