Job Description: Our Delivery Managers are accountable for the successful delivery of projects within an account and are responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. Responsibilities include managing successful outcomes and delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies, delivering applications, services, products, or platforms, ensuring governance, standards, and quality metrics are adhered to, managing delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements, supporting presales and business development efforts, and motivating teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned with Version 1 Core Values.
Qualifications: Proven success in managing technology projects in Financial Services, experience leading delivery teams, a background in technology understanding solutions and challenges, effective communication and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, business development experience, and the ability to build high-caliber delivery teams.
Additional Information: Location options include Dublin, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, or London, with a hybrid working model and business travel.
