 
        KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful client to recruit a Part-time Accounts Assistant. Your duties will be as follows: Responsibility for processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense claims Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and making payments Maintaining accurate financial records Sending payroll information to external provider Submitting VAT returns Liaising with suppliers and internal teams regarding payments and queries Responsible for credit control and resolving client queries Weekly reporting on turnover, WIP, and sales pipeline Ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties You will be AAT qualified or actively studying towards your qualification and have strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
