WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their team. What you'll do
* Lead a team of people and coordinate activities to achieve business goals
* Promote a team-based culture through continuous improvement
* Ensure health and safety standards are achieved on an ongoing basis
* Develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor performance
* Manage customer interfaces and expectations to ensure excellent customer service is received
* Monitor progress against Key Performance Indicators and costs against budget
What you bring
* Counterbalance FLT License
* Previous experience of managing and leading a team
* Good IT skills with skills in Microsoft Office
* Proven logical thinker with skills in understanding and interpreting data
* Proven commitment to self-development and team development
