As an Assistant Manager, you will resolve issues, innovate, and demonstrate passion for your customers and team. Partnering with your manager, you'll have opportunities to influence the store and grow within the company. This role supports the Store Manager in managing store operations, driving sales, and leading a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values and promote an inclusive, positive work environment.
* Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
* Assist in driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring policy compliance.
* Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing initiatives.
* Manage stock and visual merchandising to meet KPIs.
* Educate and train your team on products and customer service.
* Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive team environment.
* Support store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and cleanliness.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Flexible, adaptable, and available to work varied hours.
