Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant – Primary

Salary Range: £89 - £100 per day (Depending on Experience)

Contract: Day-to-day Supply, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a reliable and caring Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in primary schools?
GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools in and around St Leonards, East Sussex on a short-term and day-to-day basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about helping children in their early education, especially those who enjoy variety and want to build experience across different settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2 as required
* Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to support learning and engagement
* Help maintain a calm, inclusive classroom environment
* Assist with behaviour management and class routines
* Collaborate with class teachers and other support staff
Job Requirements:
* Experience working with primary-aged children in a school, nursery, or similar setting
* A patient, adaptable, and positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to travel to different schools on short notice
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
