Forte Group is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
* Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (primarily email and LinkedIn)
* Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings for the sales team
* Research target companies, personas, and industry trends to personalize outreach
* Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and feedback loops
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Experiment, learn, and iterate to improve messaging, cadence, and conversion rates
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in a SDR/BDR role (ideally B2B or SaaS/tech)
* Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
* Motivated by targets and driven to achieve goals
* Curious mindset with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts
* High‑energy, growth‑mindset personality—thrives on tight feedback loops and rapid tests
* Native‑level English; comfortable adapting language for US & Europe
* Expert with Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn automation tools (Apollo.io, Instantly.ai)
* Sharp business writing and objection‑handling skills
* Solid grasp of ICP, buyer persona, and lead‑scoring concepts
* Experience deploying or training AI‑powered SDR agents
* Familiarity with software development / IT services value propositions
* Basic analytics skills for sequence optimization
Bonus Points:
* Experience selling IT services, software development, or consulting solutions
* Exposure to AI, data, or digital transformation landscapes
* Familiarity with MEDDIC, BANT, or other qualification frameworks
