An exceptional opportunity has opened up for a skilled solicitor to join a top-tier Real Estate Dispute Resolution team at a prestigious Legal 100 firm based in Guildford. The Role
As part of the specialist Real Estate Disputes team, you'll manage a wide variety of residential and commercial property matters. Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial)
* Providing guidance on long leasehold issues
* Handling service charge recovery claims (including Court and Tribunal work)
* Advising on lease interpretation and consultation processes
* Working on rights of first refusal and enfranchisement
* Managing lease renewals and security of tenure matters
You'll benefit from the mentorship of experienced lawyers while running your own diverse caseload, contributing to team projects, and playing a key role in client engagement and business development.
About You
2-4 years' PQE in property litigation or general litigation with a property focus
* Strong knowledge of legislation including the Housing Acts, Landlord & Tenant Acts, and the Protection from Eviction Act
* Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
* A client-focused, commercially minded approach
* Team spirit and the ability to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
