Position: Customer Service Advisor

Up to £13,750 pa+ Benefits
Part-Time (20 hours per week), Two shifts available: 09:00-13:00 or 11:00-15:00 (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Billericay on a part-time basis. This role involves scheduling appointments, liaising with clients and subcontractors to meet Service Level Agreements, and ensuring materials are ready for appointments. Who are you?
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong administration, organisational & communication skills
Experience in repairs & maintenance or trade-based backgroundWhat are you going to do?
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and supervisors to schedule appointments.
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
Liaise with supervisory teams and buyers to ensure materials are ready.
Use the MSi system to schedule operatives and subcontractors.
Discuss complex repairs and deal with demanding customers.
