Beavertown began life in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The Role
Briefing, scheduling to evaluating performance, you will ensure that we're publishing editorial content that allows delivers the brand message to entertain new audiences and drives results.
You will input into the creative strategy – to help deliver cracking entertaining content that brings our brand idea and beers to life – that is embedded in our target audience culture.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design, track and smash the appropriate measures of success for the strategy
* Manage day-to-day publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
* Brief and schedule content in line with platform best practices and performance goals
* Tailor and optimise content to suit each platform's audience and algorithm
* Oversee community management and engagement, ensuring a consistent brand tone
What You'll Bring To Us
* Expert-level experience in social media management, ideally for brands or publishers
* Strong track record in planning and scheduling content to deliver against clear KPIs
* An experienced hand managing social communications and responding to crisis moments that may arise – proactive, excellent judgment and communication skills are a must have.
* Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, tools, and best practices
* Proficient in using social listening tools to monitor spot opportunities, and guide direction
* Skilled at identifying trends and knowing when / how a brand should tap into them (or not)
* Instinct for building community and connecting with audiences in a meaningful way
* Top notch stakeholder management
* Able to balance long-term planning with reactive agility and initiative
* Comfortable owning performance metrics and linking output to broader marketing goals
