If you are not able to complete the online application and would like this in an alternative format, please contact the People Team We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a facility engagement officer, where you will lead on the recruitment and retention of facilities such as driving ranges, short-courses, simulator venues and adventure golf across the south region. Working as part of the development and membership team, you will be the main point of contact for facilities across the south region, providing or sourcing support in safeguarding, inclusion, participation and creating inspiring and inclusive experiences for all. You must be able to demonstrate: The ability to build relationships and influence. Knowledge on the structure of national, regional and county-based sport and a general understanding of the structure of golf. Self-motivation, including the ability to motivate and influence others Attitudes and behaviours that respect and value diversity and promote equal opportunities Experiences in field sales or similar across a region. The post is full-time (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm core hours) but you may be required to work weekends and evenings. These positions are home based, although successful candidates will be required to travel on a regular basis to meetings (valid driving licence and car ownership or access to transport are essential) and will be expected to attend meetings and events at our headquarters at Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.
