Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Set priorities and manage engineering projects to ensure timely execution.
2. Oversee design, prototyping, and validation of custom manufacturing equipment.
3. Drive process improvements and implement advanced manufacturing solutions.
4. Review engineering documentation for accuracy and manufacturability.
5. Manage vendor relationships and sourcing for engineering-related materials.
6. Represent Engineering in cross-functional leadership discussions.
7. Support production teams with troubleshooting and equipment optimization.
8. Utilize digital tools for workflow and project tracking.
9. Participate in new product development and facility improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
10. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
11. Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong mechanical aptitude.
12. Knowledge of equipment design, pneumatics, drives & controls, and materials.
13. Effective time management and communication skills.
14. Preferred: Experience with machine shop equipment, PLC programming, and 5+ years in engineering leadership within manufacturing.
