Description
Here at CKR Accountants, we are looking for talented people to join our growing team. The role involves providing a professional reception service to visitors and offering administrative support to the company accountants. Duties include answering incoming calls and scanning client information.
Training Description
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard:
* This will be a blended delivery, combining Microsoft Teams and face-to-face sessions. All training will be on-site and during working hours.
* Ixion Holdings will provide Functional Skills training where necessary and ensure that Health & Safety, British Values, and Equality & Diversity are integrated throughout the course.
Full Description
The apprenticeship involves being the main point of contact for queries and problems, with a focus on the customer journey. It offers valuable experience in areas such as:
* Answering calls
* Handling client hospitality and refreshments
* Banking
* Scanning, filing, photocopying
* Binding account packages
* Arranging appointments
* Analyzing data and customer information
Outcome
A permanent position may be available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Working Week
Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
