Main Purpose of the Role

The Mailroom Assistant plays a crucial role in converting physical records and mail into digital formats. You will be heavily involved from organising paper files for digitisation; to operating scanning equipment, organising the digital files, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also be involved in providing an efficient and effective mailroom service. Your work will preserve information for easy access, research, and archival purposes, contributing to the overall Records Management and Information Security of Perth and Kinross Council.
Skills & Experience Required
You should be computer confident with proven skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be experienced and confident in team working.
