Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at a central Primary School in Bristol. This role is based in Key Stage 2 and will be suited to those who enjoy the challenge of teaching children in their later years of their primary school journey. Hays Education has various teaching opportunities with our Partnership Schools across the Bristol area. These opportunities are on a permanent, long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area, we are looking for experienced primary teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available.
Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full-time or part-time basis to suit your commitments. The school's will be looking for someone with a strong passion for the later years teaching in Primary schools; the role is open to strong ECT's who are comfortable with all year groups in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the year to form a collaborative team. Whilst the work may be temporary including up to a day, a week or month's work, you would be expected to embed yourself in the school's culture. What you'll need to succeed
* You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
* Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 is preferred but any primary school experience will suffice.
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
* Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
