Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator with a passion for Golf to support a growing business in Basingstoke. This is a part time role starting off working 2 to 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and managing the inbox
* Carrying out data entry tasks on Salesforce
* Ordering office and workshop supplies
* Managing customer appointments
* Provide excellent customer service
* Liaising regularly with US team to chase and expediate orders, resolve delays ect
* Maintain and update customer records
* Produce reports and spreadsheets
* Assist in the warehouse with light production duties
* Maintain an organised and well stocked workshop environment
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience
* Passion for Golf
* Strong Microsoft Skills
* Excellent time management and ability to hand a fast-paced workload
* Excellent customer service experience
The Role
£13.25 per hour
2 - 3 days per week (opportunity to increase in the future)
