This role is ideal for customer service or sales professionals looking to move into property, as well as those with some residential experience who enjoy working in a people-focused, fast-paced environment. The Opportunity Based at a luxury apartment development, you'll support both lettings and resident services, helping to lease the building and deliver an excellent day-to-day experience for residents. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing residents, combining customer service, sales, and problem-solving to ensure the scheme runs smoothly from launch through to full occupancy.
