About the Role

As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day delivery of a high-volume residential development. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and committed to keeping quality and safety front and centre.


Responsibilities include:

🏗 Supporting the Site Manager in delivering homes to a high standard, on time and within budget

🧱 Supervising trades and subcontractors, ensuring smooth site operations

📋 Coordinating site activities, materials, and labour to meet build programme targets

🛠 Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and customer care

📞 Communicating with the wider team to drive progress and resolve any on-site issues
