We are looking for a full time Branch Manager.
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Efficient daily running of the branch
2. Achievement of sales & margin targets
3. Dealing with customers (including many retail customers), company personnel and suppliers
4. Staff efficiency
5. Problem solving
6. Stock Management
7. Branch Security
8. Health & Safety compliance
9. Branch and company property appearance, condition and effectiveness
10. Staff training/recruitment, appearance, timekeeping and discipline
11. Customer payments
12. Personnel management
13. Compliance with company policies
14. Efficient documentation and administration
15. Control of branch expenditure.
16. Staff, customer and self-motivation
17. Daily cash management
18. Achievement of daily sales targets
19. Support branch sales representative
20. Support and implement all company decisions
21. Manage in an entrepreneurial way
22. Optimise staff levels by managing absences and holidays
23. Hold regular branch meetings
24. Set and maintain high standards
25. Establish, encourage and manage teamwork
26. Customer visits
27. Respond to company, staff or customer requests within a time period acceptable to the person making the request
28. Ensure good communication between branch and Head Office
29. Maintain and improve sales margins
30. Delegation
31. Promote the company at all times by example
32. Management of customer debt in conjunction with head office
33. Ensure credit notes are issued promptly
34. Review stock profiles on a regular basis
35. Introduce weekly, monthly and annual stock checks as per schedule
Requirements:

37. Previous managerial experience a must
38. Excellent communication skills
39. Knowledge / experience of the automotive aftermarket essential salary negotiable depending on experience
