Senior Palliative Care Assistant (Senior Health Care Assistant)
5 hours per week (rotational shifts days and nights)

As a Senior Palliative Care Assistant, you will provide accessible, innovative, and influential care for people living with complex and incurable conditions in our communities as well as supporting their families and carers.
You will participate in delivering healthcare to patients and providing emotional and psychological support, working in partnership with the patient and in collaboration with internal colleagues and the external health community.
You will need experience of providing care in a health or social setting along with an NVQ level 3 in care or equivalent. You should be able to use IT and be familiar with packages such as Word and Excel.
