As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking experienced Land Managers to support their growth across the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands, and Southern regions. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of land acquisition activity in your area, with fast decision-making processes and strong internal support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying and securing strategic and immediate land opportunities suitable for residential, care or mixed-use development.
2. Conducting detailed site assessments and due diligence including planning potential, policy context, and development viability.
3. Building and maintaining a strong network of local agents, landowners, planning consultants, and professional contacts.
4. Sourcing off-market land opportunities and developing routes to acquisition.
