Accounts Assistant
to join our friendly office in North Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and work towards a professional accounting qualification with full
AAT study support
and exposure to management accounts in a fast paced finance team.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting with day-to-day finance operations, including purchase ledger and sales ledger processing
* Supporting with bank reconciliations and data entry
* Assisting in preparing management accounts and reports
* Handling queries from suppliers and customers
* General finance administration and ad hoc tasks to support the wider accounts team
What we're looking for:
* A keen interest in developing a career in finance and accounting
* AAT Level 2/3 (desirable)
* Previous experience in fast paced finance team (desirable)
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in an accounts or financial environment is beneficial but not essential
