The role
We're growing fast and have big ambitions across both the consultancy and technology spaces. To achieve these, we're hiring a Data Developer to support our managed service team and help grow our capabilities in this space.
You will sit within our Managed Service Team, reporting to our Managed Service lead, Chris Silk. Your responsibilities include identifying, implementing, and testing critical data solutions across our client platforms.
Your typical week will include:
* Troubleshooting and resolving data and reporting issues raised by client teams across various industries and technologies.
* Undertaking data analysis tasks to deliver insights and assess new datasets for potential opportunities.
* Developing and improving our clients' data models to expand their capabilities.
* Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
* Collaborating with data engineers and report builders on data flow delivery.
* Working with the team to improve processes and increase service efficiency.
* Supporting and gaining experience in other areas of the business, including internal projects and large client deliverables.
* Upskilling in other technologies and skillsets to support wider capabilities.

* Strong SQL experience and knowledge
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good Excel skills
* An understanding of key data modeling principles
* A focus on delivering quality work with attention to detail
* An investigative mindset to explore data opportunities
* Experience or knowledge of DBT (preferred but not essential)
* Accountability and clear communication skills
