Job Title: Sales Director - Managing Director — Golf (UK & EMEA)
Salary: Up to £100,000 + benefits + performance-related bonus (equity available on milestone delivery)
Work Pattern: Hybrid (typically a couple of days on-site each week; remainder remote)
The Opportunity Lead a well-established, reputation-led business providing a technology-enabled solution for golf operators. The product is proven and commercially well received. Your mandate is simple: take full control of the UK operation, scale it, and develop EMEA over the next five years.
You'll own the plan, the numbers and the team — a genuine blank canvas with Board backing to build for scale.
What you'll do
1. Hold full P&L and overall accountability for UK performance; set and deliver the commercial plan.
2. Lead sales and operations day to day; shape structure, process and cadence; hire and develop the commercial team.
3. Drive growth through direct sales, partnerships and key accounts; open doors across the golf ecosystem (operators, venues, brands, channels).
4. Expand into EMEA with a phased go-to-market (market mapping, channel strategy, early lighthouse wins).
