You will play a pivotal role in ensuring pupil wellbeing, progress and discipline and will provide regular feedback from monitoring pupils’ work and engagement to support teachers and pastoral teams to identify and evaluate the impact of teaching, learning and emotional support You will work in line with our policies and procedures to create an environment of the school values family, flourish and respect to achieve our vision of ‘a place to flourish’. About the role As a Teaching Assistant in our school, you will also undertake intervention sessions and learning programmes to support individuals or groups of pupils to develop their knowledge and for additional support in their learning journey. This may include support for pupils’ that have additional educational needs. You will work closely under the direction of the Class Teacher to support the preparation, delivery and monitoring of teaching and learning. Part of this role involves support with school clubs, and you will be expected to work some hours at after school club.
