* Helping residents withmeals, hydration, and nutrition
* Providingcompanionship and emotional support
* Assisting withdaily activitiesand promoting independence
* Observing and reporting anychanges in health or behaviour
* Maintaining accuratecare records and documentation
* Following allsafeguarding, infection control, and health & safetyprocedures
* Working closely with nurses, senior carers, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* Previous experience incare/support workis preferred
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient, and professional attitude
* Mandatory training and relevant compliance documents preferred
