Role Overview
Join the team at Mill Farm Sports Village, a state-of-the-art facility and home to AFC Fylde. As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and contractors, providing professional reception and administration services. This role requires flexibility, including weekend and split shift work.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcoming all visitors and ensuring they are promptly attended to.
* Managing contractor sign-ins and sign-outs using appropriate forms.
* Handling incoming calls and directing them as needed.
* Keeping the reception area clean and presentable at all times.
* Managing all incoming and outgoing post efficiently.

* Experience in a similar role is essential.
* Confident, well-presented, and professional when interacting with customers.
* Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work at short notice.
* Demonstrates honesty, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
